The information published on this website is provided by MSOS volunteers and students for general information and guidance only. While we try to keep it accurate and current, it may be incomplete, simplified, or out of date, and it does not constitute legal, financial, immigration, medical, or other professional advice.

Most of the photographs, images, graphics and logos on this website are the property of the Macedonian Student Organisation in Slovenia (MSOS) or are used by MSOS with permission, and are protected by copyright and related rights.

Some pages, in particular Get to know Macedonia, Get to know Slovenia and parts of the Student Welcome Guide, also include images that we found online. Where we use such an image we credit the source, and the author where this is known. These images remain the property of their respective owners, and any rights in them belong to those owners and not to MSOS.

Our own images may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, republished, redistributed, modified or used, in whole or in part, for any purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, without the prior written permission of MSOS. The presence of a “© msosorg.com” watermark, or the absence of one, does not affect these rights.

Many of our photographs show identifiable members of our community. Beyond copyright, reuse of such images may also affect the privacy and personality rights of the people shown, which is a further reason permission is required.

If you would like to use any of our images, for example for press, partnerships or academic work, please ask us first at info@msosorg.com. We are usually happy to help and will grant permission where we can, subject to appropriate credit and any conditions we set.

If you appear in one of our photographs and would like it removed, or you wish to withdraw your consent to appear on this website, please email us at info@msosorg.com and tell us clearly which photo or photos you mean. We will remove the image or images as soon as we reasonably can.

Unauthorised use may infringe our rights and the rights of the people shown, and we reserve the right to request removal and to pursue any remedies available under Slovenian and EU law.
